The Content Lifecycle

Robert Mills
Content Strategist @GatherContent

Producing content is hard. Producing content that is authentic to your organisation and appeals to your target audience is harder still. But it isn’t just producing the content you need resource for. Content never ends, it’s a 360 degree process that requires research, tools and the occasional leap of faith.

From the strategy through to the implementation, production, measurement and refinement of the strategy based on their learnings, this talk will outline the entire process. Using his current process, experience and learnings from GatherContent as an example, Rob will discuss how they have developed, implemented and measured their content strategy to reach their audience effectively and how all members of the team play an important role in their content strategy.
