Play games and learn about service design and see just how many of the skills crossover
In this interactive session, we will look at the Service Design skills you use whilst playing some of your favourite board games. We will also explore the crossover skills between gaming and design, and you will have the opportunity to apply these skills by playing our very own game of Co-opoly!

Steph is a Lead Designer in the Operational Innovation team at Co-op which helps to improve the efficiencies of how stores operate with a strong store colleague lens. Working in both agency and large organisation over the past 10 years she took a squiggly route into service design and customer experience starting as a graphic designer in agency and has meandered through UX design, product design and CX strategy roles.

Hannah is a Lead Service Designer at Co-op who also works in the Operational Innovations team. Hannah comes from a Business Analysis background and has previously worked in government and large financial institutions. After working on a project to design an improved contact centre experience and strategy for society’s most vulnerable people, Hannah decided to follow her curiosity into Customer Experience Strategy and Service Design where she has spent the last 2 years learning all things design and strategy.
