Designing services that deliver

with Ben Sprung, Elisse Jones & Lawrence Kitson

The team at Find Out will explore what makes a good service and the role that design can play. They will ask why service design is currently all the rage and put it in the context of the evolution of design thinking, explaining its importance to you as a designer. Finally, they will walk you through case studies contextualising their approach.
