The Power of Experience Mapping

Giles Airey, Inviqa

You know your company or your clients need to become more digitally advanced. You know it’s key for their business goals to speak to their customers in a more compelling and proactive way, but with the tech landscape moving at such a rate you haven’t a clue where to start or how to create something meaningful to their business in the short and long term.

Using real life examples, Giles will demonstrate how, when used intelligently, Experience Mapping can energise teams to transform the most vague concepts into a focused piece of work with a clear backlog and defined purpose.
