Human habitual behaviours underpin every aspect of how we humans live our lives. This talk looks at the basic facts of how habits are formed and then explores what we, as people who design, influence or shape our environment (digital or otherwise) can do with an understanding of habit-forming behaviour. Inevitably, it does include a listicle.

Matt Clark
Matt is Head of Experience Design at amaze, where he leads a team of consultants and designers in doing their little bit to shape the (mainly) digital world.
