UX in a traditional enterprise (without a shoehorn)

with Phil Hauser

Phil has spent the past 18 months introducing UX to a digital and creative agency in Macclesfield. The agency work predominantly within healthcare and many of their clients are stereotypical enterprises, with all the baggage that comes along with that. Phil has helped guide them through a process of change and has helped them experiment with UX methodologies that help to not only stay lean, but also add agility into their process.
