Mark has over a decade’s experience in management, sales, service, and transformation. As an experienced leader, T-shaped practitioner, and trainer of roles, frameworks, and methods, Mark has managed several large and diverse teams and programmes. His work has included leading significant transformations in both the private sector (BT, EE, and Plusnet) and the public sector (DWP) using strategy, data, and user-centred design. Mark has a professional coach qualification from the University of BPP London and certification as a coach and mentor from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. His primary objective is to create a positive change in the world by enabling individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential for success and fulfilment.
