Oh, Leeds how we’ve missed you! After our last event in 2020, we can’t wait to host our first in-person event back at Platform, New Station Street in Leeds.
Join us from 6pm for networking, the obligatory slice of pizza or two and get ready to chew the fat with us about what you want from NUX Leeds. That’s right, our first event back will be an interactive session where the NUX crew will facilitate conversations around what you love about NUX Leeds, what you’d like to see us do differently, any particular topics you’d like to hear about and of course, you’ll have chance to speak to the team if you have a talk up your sleeve you’d like to share, would like to sponsor an event or even get involved in planning and organising events.
Whether you’re NUX alumni or new to the field of user experience design and have never been to a meet-up before – we look forward to welcoming you all!
What to expect
We’re taking a leaf out of our Newcastle crew’s book and inviting you all to help us shape this next chapter of NUX Leeds. We’ll be wanting to hear from you about:
- Topics you want to hear at NUX Leeds events
- Suggestions for how we can run things (based on previous events, or otherwise!)
- Speak to the team about speaking, sponsorship opportunities and of course, speaking at an event
- General networking and connection with lovely people working in User Experience and related disciplines
