I’ve faced these (and many other) questions head on… Some things I’ve won, many I’ve lost and I’d like to share my experiences with you. This talk will provide you with real examples of what has been successful, pitfalls to avoid and the 5 things I believe have been step changes in realising the vision.

Colin has been involved with the design of the ao.com website for the last 11 years and currently signs his emails off as Head of UX / Optimisation. He’s on a mission to build the best team / environment he can. This will create the best experience for our customers across all our territories and platforms – his vision keeps him awake at night.
