Technology is becoming more and more affordable and everything is becoming more and more connected. In the first world we have almost complete reach. Where does that responsibility leave us and what role does empathy play in the design process?
About the Speaker
Jack Sheppard
Jack is a designer, speaker and conference organiser. He has designed products for the likes of Freesat, Universal Music, HarperCollins and the Department of Health as well as running UpFront Conference. Jack is passionate about people and contributing towards making a much more human web.
