Lean Creative
Sam Quayle
Design Consultant @Valtech
Thanks in-part to the Lean UX movement, agile teams are beginning to see the benefits of integrating user experience and research into their delivery. But what about typically more ‘creative’ skill-sets? Can art direction, visual design and branding co-exist, or even thrive, in such an environment?
Drawing on our experiences of delivering multi-disisciplinary projects for the likes of NHS, Audi and Bupa, this practical talk aims to promote a creative process that reduces waste, limits subjectivity and achieves consistent and measurable outcomes.
We’ll look at how effective multi-disciplinary teams work together, collaborative design activities and how to test creative work with an audience.
