About our Speaker – Dave Skinner
Dave Skinner, a former delivery lead at the Duke of Edinburgh, will be taking us through how to make big improvements
He would share his experience delivering service design patterns in the social housing sector and how this has helped these cash-strapped organisations better serve their customers.
About our Speaker – Vicky Onsea
Vicky Onsea from Etc. Health (part of the BT group) will be talking us through how introducing behavioural design in the product development cycle has helped motivate people to overcome their own barriers to better health choices.
She will be giving instances of how applying behavioural design techniques has helped Etc. Health’s remote care pilot prevent 15 heart attacks and 15 strokes in the last 3 years.
