How to create and cultivate the conditions that enable us to do our best work
There’s no doubt the pandemic was a catalyst for accelerating digital transformation. Over the last few years, many organisations have scaled fast. Scrambling to recruit skilled researchers and designers to meet demand. But as teams scale, how do you create and cultivate the conditions where happy researchers and designers do their best work?In this session, I’ll share insights from my journey over the last 5 years at SPARCK. Where we have grown a team of 130+ people, 5 communities of practice across 4 countries and 15 locations (phew!) Attending this session you’ll learn… – Why vibrant communities of practice give you a competitive advantage |
7.00pm – 7.15pm – Break
7.15pm – 7.50pm – Design Principles – A User Guide (Llara Geddes – UX Principal AND Digital)
In this session, we’ll look at what Design Principles are, and why they matter. I’ll run through a workshop format for establishing your Design Principles, and share suggestions for embedding them in your organisation. |
7.50pm – Wrap up and after social at The Dockyard
