We know service design helps make good products and services, but what’s less commonly known is how effective it is for communication. In this talk, we’ll be looking at how service maps will align your product team and focus stakeholders.

About Katherine and Louise

Katherine is Head of Digital Design at Co-op, leading the design of products and services at Co-op Digital. Her background is in product design, specialising in visual and interaction design. Prior to the Co-op she ran a service design agency in Manchester, and before that worked on Sport and iPlayer at the BBC.

Louise is a product designer with over 8 years experience in user research, interaction and service design. She’s worked with the BBC, Manchester City Football Club, and currently Co-op Digital, designing and building compelling digital products and services.
