NUX Liverpool – 29th January – Getting started in UX, the art of listening and typography on the web

Sue worked as a graphic designer for nearly 25 years in a wide variety of roles and sectors. Whilst managing a design studio for a high street retailer, she decided to make the leap and change careers into User Experience. She now works as a Junior UX Designer at the BBC.

Laura has worked in UX Research for over 4 years and has a background in English linguistics and marketing. Now managing a UX Lab at Shop Direct, Laura has spent many hours user testing and collaborating with stakeholders to shape customer evidence led experiments.
