UX and Behaviour change

with Mark Spooner and Claire Easthall

Behaviour Change is a relatively new field of research which has become popular as governments have become aware that changing or preventing long term behaviours is cheaper and more effective than treating the problem. Previous Behaviour Change interventions have been people intensive, which has been costly to implement, however to reduce these costs governments, charities and organisations are looking to technology to help deliver the benefits of Behaviour Change but without the same level of costs.
